根据税务部门的指控，Publicon Sport所开具的共计40690239兹罗提的发票并非基于实际业务，而波兰足球协会却在增值税申报中利用这些非法发票进行进项税额的抵扣，从而导致了国家增值税的流失。这一行为涉嫌违反了《税务刑法典》第56条第一款中关于税务欺诈的规定，相关责任人员可能面临巨额罚款、监禁，或两者同时执行的处罚。

在提交的报案文件中，Publicon Sport公司的管理层被明确指出，然而，检察官透露，现阶段尚未明确哪些个体需承担刑事责任，调查工作仍在努力辨别波兰足球协会及其公司内部哪些成员应当对此次事件承担责任。

Since August 2022, Publicon Sport has entered into a partnership with the Polish Football Association, specializing in securing sponsorship deals. The venture is managed by the enterprise owned by businessman Radosław Tadajewski. In February 2023, the parties inked an intermediary agreement, stipulating that the company is entitled to a fixed monthly payment of 150,000 zloty, along with a commission of 13% on the sponsorship proceeds and 25% on the licensing revenues, ensuring an annual minimum income exceeding 4.4 million zloty.

多家足球协会的赞助商，诸如Maspex、Fakro以及波兰啤酒企业，均声称Publicon Sport并未在合作中扮演中介角色。此外，一份于2022年5月签订的InPost赞助协议，该协议的签订时间早于合作关系的确立，也被指涉及不当抽取佣金的行为。

Since December 2025, authorities have received a series of complaints, totaling at least 19, concerning the controversial partnership. In August 2026, the Warsaw-Ochota District Prosecutor's Office initiated an inquiry into the alleged misconduct, which has resulted in the Polish Football Association suffering an estimated 4 million zloty in financial damages. On October 14th, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau of Poland (CBA) conducted a surprise raid on the headquarters of the Polish Football Association, seizing documents related to the collaboration, as well as mobile phones of the association's management. Subsequently, the case was transferred to the anti-corruption task force in Szczecin. Currently, allegations of tax fraud have been merged with the ongoing investigation, with a single investigation thread now encompassing both financial wastage and tax offenses.
